When Summer arrives, it is time for the family to take road trips. With road trips, come some adverse effects such as car sickness, especially for the kids. However, even if you are not planning on taking a road trip, it is still not a bad idea to have this diy car sick bag, handy in your vehicle.

Don’t worry this bag only has 10 items, in it. A quick dash to your local pharmacy and a couple dollars later, you will have everything that you need for your new emergency kit. The best place to keep this bag, would be somewhere within easy reach, therefore your trunk is not a good place at all.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • clorox wipes
  • energy drink
  • granola bar
  • hand sanitizer
  • motion sickness medicine
  • motion sickness wrist bands
  • bottled water
  • plastic bags
  • trash bag
  • napkins
  • ziploc bags

Most of the items are self explanatory, for example the hand sanitizer, the granola bar, the motion sickness medicine as well as the wrist bands. The trash bag would be for keeping any clothing items that may have been spoilt and the ziploc bags as opposed to the plastic bag, is where one would be encouraged to vomit into. After zipping the contents, you would then drop that bag into the plastic bag in an effort to double bag and prevent any leaks.
